Our candles burn for 70+ hours, when you follow our Candle Care Instructions, which are included with every purchase.

Where are your candles made?

Our candles are lovingly crafted and hand-poured in Brisbane, using local and Australian suppliers.

How should I care for my candle?

Please follow the Candle Care Instructions included with your purchase for the best burn experience and to achieve the full 70+ hour burn time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and express shipping takes 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100.00 AUD.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please visit our Refund Policy for full details.

My candle arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@cooperandclove.com.au with a phor or video of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
