Returns & Refunds Policy

Please note candles that have been lit and used, are not eligible for a refund or return.

Alot of care and thought goes into producing our candles.  They leave our hands after being quality inspected.

If your candle arrives faulty or damaged, please email us a photo / video of the issue within 10 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns for candles that are faulty or not burning correctly. This will be in the form of replacement or refund. You can submit a refund request via email.

If you change your mind, we don’t offer exchanges.  We will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage, with tracking, is at your expense, and items must be packed securely with adequate padding (just like the way they were sent to you) to avoid breakages. 

We will not issue a refund until the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
